HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
1. Virtual Consultation
We can “meet” via Skype, FaceTime, Zoom or Facebook Messenger to discuss your dream home and develop a plan to get you where you want to be.
2. Home Favorites
We will email listings to you that match your criteria the moment they hit the market – sometimes sooner! Our new “Coming Soon” feature will give you an early head’s up about homes coming to market that might just be “the one.”
3. Virtual Tours
We will send you virtual tours of the homes you like so you can experience the homes without leaving the safety of yours. (Note: can you please remove the virtual tour links here? typically I’m sending tours done by other agents a Zoom walk thru)

4. Electronic Signatures
All documents will be signed electronically from the safety of your own home using DocuSign, the leader in simple and secure electronic signature technology.
5. Earnest Money Delivery
Your earnest money deposit will be wired directly to escrow from your bank, or we can pick up your check and hand-deliver it to escrow for you.
6. Inspections
Our inspectors will visit the home following recommended safety protocols and provide you with a detailed inspection report with photos and descriptions so you will get to know every inch of the property. You will always have the option of attending the inspection if you’d like, whatever makes you most comfortable.
7. Closing Time
A mobile notary will visit you to sign your loan documents. The process has recently been streamlined to minimize the amount of time needed to sign them.
8. Welcome Home
We’ll deliver your keys to you, and of course, provide you with a great referral for a mover.
